Class D measures in the absence of EU Reference Laboratories

Thanks to the work of the IVD working group, Team-NB came with a Position Paper on measures for class D IVD, in the absence of EU Reference Laboratories The paper has been approved by a large majority of members during the General Assembly meeting.
